This is a character I originally created for a meme years ago, he was supposed to be the human version of my tablet XD but now, I have finally adopted him as a character of his own, and I'm still on the process of creating him his backstory. He's a bit inspired by Vocaloid, as you can see

    ·      The circles attached to his boots are anti-gravitation devices that helps him levitate, they can also turn into wheels since he doesn’t walk nor is he accustomed to
